DELIVERY

How does delivery work?
Our products are delivered by courier service between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays (order must be placed no later than 11:59 p.m. Monday and Wednesday respectively).

What is the delivery procedure?
Our courier service will deliver between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. If there is no answer upon delivery, the package will be left at your door. Our products are sealed inside styrofoam boxes with ice packs to assure that your items stay frozen up to a maximum of 12 hours.

 

PICK-UP

How does pick-up work?
When you arrive, the third door of our loading dock is reserved for Shopify pick-ups. Please park in the marked area and text "HERE" along with your name and order number to 1-888-398-9512. Please have your order confirmation and a piece of photo ID ready for verification. A member of our staff will bring your order to the loading dock for you to collect.

What happens if I miss my pick-up time?
We ask that you please respect your pick-up time to avoid long waits or line-ups. If you feel that you will be unable to respect your time slot, please contact us via text at 1-888-398-9512 and a member of our staff will reach out to discuss available options.

I’m here to pick up my order, but there’s already someone parked in the loading area. What do I do?
We ask you to be patient. Multiple clients may request the same pick-up time. Therefore, we ask that you park nearby (please do not block the other doors of the loading area) and, once the current client leaves, advance into the parking space and text us your arrival details as indicated above.
